Orders & payment

Orders can be placed online, on WhatsApp or by email. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping

Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Handmade products may take a little longer to prepare; we will share expected delivery timelines when confirming your order.

Returns

Easy returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. Please share unboxing photos on WhatsApp to speed up the process. Custom and bulk orders are non-returnable unless defective.

Every Luxeira piece is handcrafted. Slight variations in grain, colour and finish are natural and part of what makes each item unique.
